Absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings food and environment, but don't necessarily love this specific location. Went on a Sunday late afternoon and the service ok, the food was good however there were some areas that need improvement. Wouldn't necessarily return to this location.
PROS
-Hyde park area is very nice and there's some good stores in the plaza
-Server was nice and mostly attentive
-Lots of seating in the afternoon
-Food was good
CONS
-NOT a very clean women's restroom
-One of two women's bathroom stall doors doesn't lock
-Not greeted at the greeters stand (had to wait a bit to be seated)
-Busy area to drive in
-Drink menu not necessarily accurate (drink listed which can no longer be ordered)
-Food took a LONG time -

What happened to this place?
I used to love coming to this location for wing Tuesdays. I came here on a Friday evening to get a to-go order, only to find that the restaurant has really declined.
The girls at the counter were both very young. One couldn't even be bothered to greet me and was more focused on laughing with her friend to take my order. I waited for another girl to come to the counter and she finally helped me. Sucks for her that her colleagues are terrible.
I stayed in there long enough to see that this place was quite dirty, lots of empty, dirty tables. The new layout is a little weird too.
Got home and the food was correct except for my order of Buffalo Chips. They gave me a small but charged me for a large.
I don't eat at Buffalo Wild Wings much since they got rid of wing Tuesdays and there are lots of better wing options out there nowadays. Don't plan on coming back here pretty much ever! -

Can I give less than one star?
This was the WORSE experience ever. I went in to order a to go order. It's took 45 mins and when I got
home my order was missing things as well as incorrect. We had an order of wedges missing that I paid for....and they gave my husband boneless instead of traditional like I asked.
What made it worse I called to see if I can get the correct things and I was told to hold on two times for a total of 15 mins. The second time the girl didn't even listen to me she just put me on hold. After I spoke to her for a third time I asked to speak to a manager...another hold them told me the manager would call me back even though I explained I wanted to get my order corrected. No matter what I said the girl said she will call you back. That was Friday May 17th and it is now May 20th and I haven't gotten a call. Plus my husband has to eat what he didn't order because I wasn't going back without talking to someone first and it was already after 8.
We just got back into town so I will be calling them back and telling them the same thing. Terrible customer service.
And our food was cold so clearly sitting back there longer than necessary. -

Worst BW3 experience. I love BW3, but this location is not good...at least for lunch. Great lunch specials but horrible service from a unfriendly crew.
The hostess, the server, the food order accuracy, it all was just bad, bad, bad. Chili was obviously just microwaved. Even the chicken tasted different...stringy and had a different texture. I had to hunt down napkins and flatware on my own. No refills, no follow up...so many issues I wouldn't know where to start to fix. No wonder it's almost empty at lunch. I'm surprised they remembered to even bring us the bill. Sometimes a good lunch deal isn't a good deal at all. -

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME GOING TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE EXCESSIVE TIME TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT A N FOOD!!!! Horrible service, 30 minutes for 1 order of boneless and a fudge cake. 6-8 tables of customers total on restaurant. When I say ridiculous service I'm sugar coating. You'll hate yourself for not listening to me me if you give it go anyway and eat here. You've been warned. To BW's reply I will try again to call the number you provided, but after holding over 10 minutes the last time I called I gave up.
